We stand behind the quality of our toffee.  If your toffee does not arrive fresh and in good condition please contact us for replacement.

Shipping Information

We feature multiple ship-to addresses! This means you can buy several items and send them to different people, all in the same order. Just click the "Ship to multiple addresses" link on the bottom of the Shopping Cart page when you check out.

A few important notes about shipping:

1. All orders will be processed and shipped from our location within one to two (1-2) business days.
2. During summer months we will add a small charge for cold pack shipping.
3. We cannot be responsible for melted chocolate. Our cold packs only last 2 days, so if you want to be sure, select expedited shipping.
4. We calculate your shipping charges based on each ship-to address.
5. We cannot currently ship outside the US, or to APO/FPO addresses (we’re working on it!)
6. We cannot ship to PO boxes; physical street addresses only please.
7. We cannot be responsible for incorrect or invalid shipping addresses.
8. FedEx Ground shipping will take between 1 and 6 days (see the map below).
